1.Definitions

1.1. In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

DADO Systems: the renovation company performing renovations and electrical work, located at Galliardstraat 42, 2610 Antwerp.

Client: the natural or legal person who has commissioned DADO Systems to perform work.

Subcontractors: third parties engaged by DADO Systems to perform the work.

Applicability

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, offers, work, agreements and deliveries of DADO Systems.
2.2. The applicability of any general terms and conditions of the client is expressly rejected.
2.3. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is void or annulled, the other provisions will remain in force and the void or annulled provision will be replaced by a new provision that is as close as possible to the purpose and purport of the void or annulled provision.

3.Offers and agreements

3.1. All quotations and offers from DADO Systems are without obligation and may be revoked at any time, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3.2. The agreement between DADO Systems and the client is established when the client has accepted DADO Systems' quotation in writing or electronically and/or when DADO Systems has confirmed an order in writing or electronically.
3.3. If during the execution of the work it appears that it is necessary to modify or supplement the agreement, DADO Systems and the client will mutually agree on adaptation of the agreement.

4.Execution of the work

4.1. DADO Systems will perform the work to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.
4.2. DADO Systems is entitled to use Subcontractors in the performance of the work.
4.3. DADO Systems shall not be liable for any damage or delay in the performance of the work resulting from acts or omissions of the Subcontractors, unless such damage or delay is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of DADO Systems.
4.4. DADO Systems will make every effort to perform the work within the agreed timeframe.
