DADO Systems Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

DADO Systems: a renovation company that performs renovations and electrical work, located at Galliardstraat 42, 2610 Antwerp.

Client: the natural or legal person who has commissioned DADO Systems to perform work.

Subcontractors: third parties engaged by DADO Systems to perform the work.

2. Applicability

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, offers, work, agreements, and deliveries by DADO Systems.
2.2. The applicability of any general terms and conditions of the client is expressly rejected.
2.3. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is void or is declared void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the void or voidable provision shall be replaced by a new provision that, as much as possible, corresponds to the purpose and intent of the void or voidable provision.

3. Quotes and Agreements

3.1. All quotations and offers from DADO Systems are non-binding and may be revoked at any time, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3.2. The agreement between DADO Systems and the client is concluded at the moment the client accepts DADO Systems’ quotation in writing or electronically and/or when DADO Systems confirms an order in writing or electronically.
3.3. If, during the performance of the work, it becomes apparent that it is necessary to amend or supplement the agreement, DADO Systems and the client will mutually agree on an amendment to the agreement.

4. Performance of the Work

4.1. DADO Systems shall perform the work to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the standards of good workmanship.
4.2. DADO Systems is entitled to engage subcontractors in the performance of the work.
4.3. DADO Systems shall not be liable for any damage or delay in the performance of the work resulting from the acts or omissions of the subcontractors, unless such damage or delay is the result of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of DADO Systems.
4.4. DADO Systems shall use its best efforts to perform the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.
